Just a reminder: just last year, Democrats demanded, and received, a new election for federal office when just a small amount of fraud was found. https://t.co/Q1w0j2UANd— Robert Barnes (@Barnes_Law) November 5, 2020

Ok, technical question for you smart constitutional folks.
What if the Supreme Court declares the election to be null and void due to constitutional violations or fraud or...?
Does the House vote for President? What about the other races on the ballots?
I wasn’t a researcher but I voraciously read every single thread, and they were many and massive!
Thank you!
None so blind as he who does not want to see...
Or another way, you can wake up someone who’s asleep. But if they are pretending to be asleep and clenching their eyes shut on purpose, you can’t wake them up.
Media pushing GA to close for JoePedo as AZ gets tighter so they can declare JoePedo president elect.
Not a smart constitutional person...
Does the President have the power to nullify the election?
BUSH REPUBLICANS & NEVER TRUMPERS WEIGH IN...
‘No election is more important than our democracy.’ Maryland governor Larry Hogan slams Trump’s claim of vast ‘big money, big tech and big media’ conspiracy against him as GOP rep calls it ‘insane’
Maryland’s Republican Gov. Larry Hogan and GOP Rep. Adam Kinzinger were among the first Republicans to be critical of President Donald Trump’s remarks
Trump stood in the White House briefing room and alleged a conspiracy by ‘big media, big money and big tech’ was waged against him
‘STOP Spreading debunked misinformation...,’ Kinzinger tweeted. ‘This is getting insane.’
Hogan said there was ‘no defense for the president’s comments tonight undermining our Democratic process’
Former GOP senators Rick Santorum and Jeff Flake were also critical of Trump’s actions
PA lead is down to 41202
The ones I am referring to have been eeyores for years and most likely most will never change. Their choice. Temporary ups and downs are different. Everyone has those. I got discouraged for a couple of days here and there but I shake myself out of it.
I’m sure it is just math homework.
“What if the Supreme Court declares the election to be null and void due to constitutional violations or fraud or...?”
There is no election to declare void. There are 50 state elections. There are no grounds to declare most of them void. Only the states that are dirty need to be cleaned through the courts.
State legislatures, however, have a plenary and nonjusticiable power to choose electors, even if that means overriding the popular vote in the state. The Supreme Court can remand the choice of electors to the state legislature due to irregularities or other issues. This is what the Court should have done in Bush v. Gore in 2000 rather than stopping the Florida recount.
Infer red?
Shouldn’t that be “infrared”?
