Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

PA counted about 240k mail-in ballots and the lead was reduced from 116223 to 103988.
9 precincts and 581,167 Mail-in ballots to be counted went from 581,167
to:
7 precincts and 340,375 ballots left to be counted for the same period.
What I don’t know is, how many ballots came out of the precinct counts.
Let’s say it’s all mail-in\absentee.
Biden picked up 12,235 from 240,792 ballots. If that rate holds, it’s a win for POTUS.
