I don’t know that much about what is Federal and what isn’t but I have a hard time believing that if the shoe was on the other foot and we had a leftist liberal in the Oval Office, that the Federal watchdogs wouldn’t have been turned loose two days ago. And they would have broadcast it with considerable indignation.

The feds can always drum up something if they want.....civil rights violation, deprivation of rights under color of law, etc.

So a conspiracy to defraud people of their federal right to vote isn’t a federal crime? How about communicating over interstate phone or email networks, or sending funds across state lines?
