If I were Dan Forest, I would withdraw concession, and call the feds to seize all of the ballots in questionable precincts.
So with 100 percent reporting, Trump won..so call the damn thing already!
The NC page listed above had 5,466,828 votes for president out of 5,487,252 ballots, or 20,424 missing votes. Maybe some people only care about dog catcher on the ballot, or just can't vote for either Trump or Biden.
