I’m not “freaking out” - doesn’t matter which way the election goes, that doesn’t take God off His throne.
Am I frustrated and disappointed that it looks as if the most successful and promise-fulfilling POTUS in the history of this nation could possibly be not reelected, with the election literally stolen in favor of one fo the worst candidates the Democrat Party has ever offered to the voters... a man who obviously suffers from advancing dementia, who we now have firm evidence committed every crime Trump has been cleared of... who is blatantly compromised by some of our biggest foreign enemies - Then yes - I’m disturbed.
Do I grieve that this election could even be close enough to be within a margin enabling election-stealing fraud? Yes. Do I grieve that, even were Trump to officially win, the numerical majority of voters actually WANT to go down the path of Venezuela and other “Democratic Socialst” Hell-holes... and that hundreds of thousands of our veterans gave their lives over the last nearly 250 years to protect us FROM this kind of isnanity...
Symbolically - 60-70 MILLION voters went to Arlington National Cemetery and took a collective piss on all those graves - then systematically traveled to every state (and to US Cemeteries overseas as well) and did the same.
And Joseph McCarthy was right (even more so than he knew).
Have you read Jeremiah and Lamentations?
Yes, God is in control.
But that does not necessary bode well for God’s people.
With God in control, we can still lose our country and see the world put under the dark cloud of global tyranny.
As Jefferson said, if there is a God, certainly He would want us to be free to worship Him and spread his word.
God wants us to fight to prevent that tyranny.
