I think (crazy as it sounds) there may be grounds to VOID this election by the Supreme Court because of possible ballot fraud in multiple states. And force a new in-person election some time in mid-January 2021, spread over several days with tight control of ballot boxes. And the polling stations will be open 5 am to 8 pm local time on the days of the polling.

(Indeed, it may set a precedent for the 2024 Presidential election. It will be 5 am to 8 pm on November 4, 5, and 6 of 2024.)

You need direct proof/hard evidence not just numbers or data dumps; Appeals would go through the State’s court system; Electors are to be in place by the Monday after the second Wednesday (December 14 of this year) under US Title Code 3 U.S.C. Section 7

If there is fraud I hope some plans were in place to catch it, if not, Trump’s team were complacent. I would have put officials/lawyers all over precincts along with counting areas in Wayne County, Kensha/every county near Milwaukee, and counties around Philly. Either that or file an injunction to stop mail-in counts until legal representation or GOP officials were present.

Interesting thought. Or at least that should be done for the contested States where irregularities are discovered.
