The only thing that he can do is to tell the nation straight out about the vote fraud. Be relentless about it. Yes he needs to polarize the nation. Whatever that may bring. The alternative is far less pretty.

State election laws control the conduct of elections in each respective state. Remember Bush v. Gore? Thats why the fight started off in state courts. Every state has its own election law. For instance, Michigan Election Code 168, et seq. specifies that mail in and absentee ballots must be delivered to be counted by 8pm on election day. If late, no counting, they’re not legal ballots. No room for interpretation there. The 3-4am ballot dumps in Michigan simply do not count legally.
PDJT’s lawyers know all that though. The lawsuits will be filed when or before the state tries to certify the results, and the inflated results will be found to be illegitimate.
