@alipardo · 1h Great numbers from AZ. Over 30k people have voted in-person in Maricopa County since polls opened and we are seeing impressive GOP turnout (>15K Republicans to >5k Dems)

President Trump won Maricopa County in 2016 with 51.5%. President Trump visited Goodyear just last week.

How do they know the political party of the in person voters?

When you show your ID and sign in, they can compare your name with your voter registration. Don’t know if that is reported anywhere in AZ though.

We’ll need Ducey to take on the next senate seat in 22’ or 24.

I'm assuming that they know who voted and what party they registered with. But if people are thrilled at the numbers then doesn't that also assume that all Republicans are voting for Trump and all Democrats are voting for Biden? I don't know how accurate that assumption is.

I just went to Maricopa County recorder to search polling places, wait time and number of people in line. Most 0/0. Rest hardly any. May be glitch. Freeper please go look and report.

85016 - Phoenix. At one polling station, there’s been about 50 people in line and cycling through since the polls opened. Couldn’t tell you their preference, but a steady flow going. Anecdotally - they’re well dressed.

So glad you think so. Governor DeSantis is probably the best Governor in the country.

I'm thinking Ron DeSantis is looking pretty good for 2024.

A Noem / DeSantis (or vice-versa) ticket for 2024 would be strong.

Corona de Tucson, AZ (Hey, shout out to Benson!)
0 in line at 10:20, less than 5 minutes to vote.
About 3 in line at 1:00, drove by on the way home.

The 1:00 may have been because of the crowded parking lot due to school pick up time.

Strangely there was a second new polling place less than a mile down the road at the American Legion.
