I’m absolutely confused... From the article...
The results in Dixville Notch, near the Canadian border, were a sweep for former Vice President Joe Biden who won the town’s five votes. In Millsfield, 12 miles to the south, President Donald Trump won 16 votes to Biden’s five.
What are they saying? Biden won these results, or Trump did, because this looks like Trump got it? Did I miss something??

Dixville went Biden 5 to Trump 0
in 2016 it was Hillary 4 Trump 2 and Johnson 1
Two less people voted in Dixeville and coincidentially POTUS lost two votes.
In Millsfield POTUS got 16 to Biden’s 5 Same as 2016 when Trump got 16 , Hillary and Bernie combined got 5.
Biden won Dicksvle and Trump won Millsford. Combined Trump is ahead
