A man in Florida was mauled after paying $150 for a "full-contact experience" with a black leopard.
Dwight Turner, 50, has undergone two surgeries since being attacked by the animal on Aug. 31, his wife, Natushka Turner, said in a sworn written statement to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC).
Dwight Turner and the leopard's owner, Michael Poggi, 54, arranged for him to "play with it, rub its belly and take pictures" on Poggi's property in Davie, FWC said in a captive wildfire report.

Funny...I adore dogs. There is something so...human about dogs.
They remind me of...me. They do stupid things, they roll in things they shouldn’t, they eat things they shouldn’t...they have guilt, they have exuberant love...I love dogs.
I just cannot own one because I couldn’t leave it to itself all day. Maybe when I retire...
That said-I love cats.
They are sleek, physically beautiful, athletic, sensual, deliberate, and fiercely independent in many (but not all) ways. You can own a dog, but owning a cat simply doesn’t happen. You DO have an agreement with them.
I sure do love them.
Their companionship is a boon to me. When I enter the house, the siamese-looking one (who does have the devil in him) will run over at full speed, stand on his hind legs, his body right up to his whiskers fully stretched out, his front paws on the back of the chair, looking adoringly up at me with his blue eyes narrowing, opening and closing slowly, clearly happy to see me.
That is a nice thing...:)
Our cats look at me like......meh. Now, when my wife comes home, she gets mobbed. The only time they do that with me is if I open a can of tuna or a bag of Temptations. Even then, I’m little more than a treat dispenser in their opinion. LOL They do tolerate me here in the den in the evenings because I have several computers and they’re nice and warm.
Hahahaha....I know what you mean, I also play second fiddle. My wife is a deity to the cats...they worship her.
To them, I am a plaything...:)
