Why not federalize everything and the Constitution be damned?

A liberal friend told me years ago that he thought all laws and regulations should be federalized - no state laws. And he meant it.

We are very close already.

The federal register has hundreds of thousands of pages.

It applies to the whole USA for most things.

The Supreme Court needs to rule against Wickard v. Filburn.
