[ Why not federalize everything and the Constitution be damned?

For his birthday one time I gave him a copy of Rush’s book “The Way Things Ought to Be” with a gift certificate inside as a gag. She almost threw me out of the house. She relented only after I said the gift certificate was his, but I was keeping the book.
