No state where Trump is leading at the end of vote count will be allowed to certify their results. That’s their plan.
It will be a replay of 2000 in Florida. The plan then was to keep counting and recounting until some count somewhere showed algore up and then to stop counting and certify the result. This time it will be the case for every battleground state - keep taking in mail-in ballots until Biden is comfortably up, then stop accepting ballots and declare Biden the winner.
At least not in the states with a Soros-backed SOS.
