Eurowienies (a racist term that means that lefty people from Europe are wienies, which are miniature wieners) bragged for so long about how their pandemic response was better than the American response. Now the Eurowienies are locking down again. The only metric that matters when describing the pandemic response is how much freedom did the citizens have - the more freedom, the better the response. But Eurowienies don’t know what freedom is. Number of cases and deaths mean nothing compared to freedom.

Great question. Abbott lost my support over his weak-kneed approach to the kung flu. I hope Allen West runs against Abbott when the time comes for re-election.
As a Florida resident, was eye-opening when just recently traveling in other states, (Maryland, Virginia) to see how much more “regulated” everyone is. I think that liberals & complacent people in Florida don’t recognize how good they have it here with DeSantis. They think it is horrible, but they haven’t been anywhere for comparison.

Same thing re OK's Gov. Kevin Stitt. From his early stellar refusal to be bullied by our local Leftists, he's turned into pretty much just a [in my sister's words] "good-looking cardboard cutout".
Sis and I differ on many things, but I agree with her on this. Most particularly Stitt's vow to never impose a statewide mask mandate, but allowing every City Council, mayor, etc. to impose (and extend, extend, extend) its own mandate.
DeSantis is a leader and "Wimpy" is just another two bit politician.
Sure wish we had a common-sense Governor like Parson here in Tennessee...our p-whipped 'Governor' (p-whipped by corrupt health officials) Bill Lee passes the buck on to other p-whipped county mayors throughout Tennessee...not a man in the bunch.
