I think I tried this diet way back in the day.
It’s relatively low-carb, and probably works for lots of people; but enzymes in grapefruit may reduce the efficacy of some statins, for the people who are on them.
The old grapefruit diet is getting a new life......eating lots of fresh fruit is appealing, I guess.
