The Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) and the first lady’s Be Best campaign have partnered to prevent youth substance use and raise awareness about the consequences of illicit drug use.
We stand firm in our belief that the most effective ways to protect our children and communities from drugs are by focusing on primary prevention—preventing drug use before it begins—educating individuals about their risks, and stopping drugs from entering our communities.

“Drugs” and “Jim Carroll”... I thought for a minute that this story was going to involve the heroin addict who wrote “The Basketball Diaries.” But it turns out that that Jim C checked out in 2009.
While reading this, I remembered that both Biden and Boris Johnson have used the phrase ‘Build Back Better’. So, I looked if up to see if Biden was again plagiarizing a British politician. Turns our it was first uttered at the Un.
‘The phrase ‘build back better” by both Biden and the British PM spells something sinister. “Build back better” is the rallying cry of a globalist plot to exploit the coronavirus pandemic for the sake of narrow-minded, well-connected lobby groups—particularly of the “environmentalist” stripe’.
I cannot reconnect to where I found those words, but it is truly a bad omen. Look up World Economic Forum and read about changing global Capitalism to incorporate the Green Agenda etc. Very frightening stuff.
Yeah. But I knew Jim Carroll is a person that died. A few years ago.

There has been a method to their madness. In the article, it suggests that fossil fuel use will probably have peaked in 2019. Does anyone think the Pandemic wasn’t orchestrated?

There are drugs. There are plants. There is medicines
In my view any plants that human beings have intertwined with over the millennia , is a medicine
I’m talking about cannibis mostly. But tobacco. Coca. Poppy. And many others fit this category
The human mind is complex. Feelings are transient
Mind control is of preeminent importance
Medicines that effect your mind can provide insight or prevent it
This depends HIGHLY on DOSE
Take ethanol for example. A little is good. A lot is not better
I did see the Jim Carroll band in concert at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago. Way back when... People who Died - great song.
