His IRS agent was targeting political opponents.
One of his Attorney Generals ran guns into Mexico and covered it up, another one protected Bill and Hillary from proscecution.
The head of his FBI was a common hatchet man hired to spy on politcal opponents and initiate bogus investigations (as well as a coup attempt) against his successor.
His treasury secretary didn't bother to pay his taxes.
Not to mention the Benghazi fiasco, the Iran payoff, and Porkulus.
His administration oozed slime.
