The weather’s turned cooler here; we had a freeze warning last night! Always makes me think of being snuggly cozy warm and knitting something. Hard to think about having something piled in your lap when it’s 90+ degrees outside!

I enjoyed this thread last winter. I made a variety of sewing and crochet projects all given away. I only have a few things lined up for this winter and none of them fiber related. In 2018 made a couple of wreaths with natural materials. Gave them both away. Going to do a third. I like the little cabin with birch bark and pine cone roof idea. I think the next wreath I will keep for awhile. Pardon the craft slide.

Well, I am seriously going to brag today. This is what I've been doing the past month. I refinished the frame last year and backed it with chicken wire and hung it over my dining buffet. It's now my seasonal decorating board. I mostly used left overs of Brown Sheep Lambs pride. I cut up a thrift store plaid shirt for the Grateful backing and made a bunch of bows from strips and one fabric pumpkin.

This is the table center which I did first. If you look in the background you can see the frame with my gardening themed decorations from summer.

And then I made a door wreath crocheted on an embroidery hoop.

And I still had some yarn and those pumpkins are addictive to make, so I didn't stop. Then I found some variegated crochet thread at a thrift store so I made a doily and a jar band.

I also made some stuff for my bestie's coffee table.

Good morning, and thanks for the thread (hee hee)!
And the mental health break! 🤪
Love that sheep meme. It would be great on a mug and/or tee shirt!
