I agree! 👍 Winters are tough in the frozen north. When it starts getting dark at 3 in tje afternoon you learn to appreciate that extra hour of daylight.

We raise hunting dogs (Treeing Walker Coon Hounds and Plott Hounds) and in the Winter months they get their ‘dinner’ at 3pm because I am NOT mucking around out there in the cold and the dark! (They all have a warm ‘Doggie Condo’ inside of a building.)
They don’t care. They go to sleep as soon as the sun goes down, anyway. May as well do it on a full belly. ;)
Speaking of which...I tend to act that way in the Winter months too, LOL!
