Really liking this guy's analysis on current events. He is funny and dead on at the same time.

Styx is a former Satanist and currently libertarian who is widely circulated on video-posting sites. He used to post in Vermont but he has now moved to Amsterdam, Netherlands.
He was one of the few during the 2016 campaign who claimed Trump could win the election and he backs Trump again in this election cycle.
His analysis of economic subjects is quite outstanding and many of his political takes are solid too. He is, like many of today’s video posters, frequently profane but that’s not to say he is a poor communicator.
On topics like the second amendment, he’s a staunch supporter. On topics like abortion and religion, he’s not a friendly. That’s okay - I like watching Styx as well as Tim Pool even though they aren’t conservatives because they do have interesting and insightful things to say.
Also Orange, he appears to be reaching an audience most politicians can’t.
I see he has 50k views already on that video!
He has a way of explaining things which is quite amusing and I’m sure younger people can relate.
Overall, I think it’s a positive!

As the old-timers used to say, “Even a blind hog finds and acorn every once in a while.”
All kidding aside, though - he nailed this. Trouble is, it takes being able to think at least one step ahead to agree with him, and those willing to loot can’t do that.
The irony of this is that when an event like this happens, police can usually predict where civil disturbances are going to happen. So, *if they have support of the civilian authorities*, they can surge occupy those places and squelch riots early on.
But if the civilian authorities don’t support the police, but instead support the rioters, it is far more likely for the police to evacuate the at risk areas to protect themselves.
This leaves those who live in the at risk areas the choice to either defend their stuff, or abandon it.
