There ARE math errors in the chart.
I found it the appropriate place to post it and discuss it.
Source for the chart is the CDC, and it ignores the notes at the bottom of the CDC chart that the “70+” group is actually 70-79. 80+ is ~82% survival rate last I checked.
Overall population IFR remains at 0.65% from sources I’ve seen, meaning overall 99.35% survival rate, heavily weighted in favor of younger, healthier people. Can’t control your age, but you can certainly control your weight and the bulk of your overall health through diet and exercise. Living clean leads to longer living, same as ever.
