I was born in the ‘70s, so I was just a little kid when a lot of those aired. Soul Train aired after the Saturday morning cartoons (there’s something else that’s now gone).
The decade wasn’t without its problems, but the culture wasn’t as sick, soulless, banal and evil as it is now, and with the added bonus of not having talentless, privileged scum lecturing us about how “wrong” we are for not subscribing to their deranged Stalinazi/PC/”Woke” agenda.
I was born in ‘61.
Those were halcyon days, compared to now.
I feel so sorry for people with kids.
This is all they will ever know.
I see little tiny kids walking around the stores with their Sponge Bob and Frozen face masks and I cry inside.
