My snoring is loud enough to wake people in the next zipcode. Loud enough to constantly wake myself... Been like that since my teen years but gotten a bit worse in the last 10 years.

A cure/remedy would be nice!

Or, I could become a weapon for the military and deprive the opposing soldiers of sleep in their foxholes.

I read that as:

New nightly poll to end snoring being tested in United States

... and thought it was from the Babylon bee

Stops snoring but will probably cause explosive diarrhea or death which ever one you consider worse...

I have an app on my phone called Snore Lab. It records your snores and gives you a quantitative score. Once you establish a baseline, you can start experimenting with different factors, such as diet or alcohol.

I've been on CPAP or BiPAP since the mid 90's. Dunno if I could live without it. I know sleep without it is hideous on those rare occasions it's necessary. Closest I can come to normal sleep is sitting in a recliner with one of those firm memory foam horsehoe shaped neck pillows holding my head upright. Always reminds me of that comedian who had the neck brace. No accident, just too lazy to hold her head up. Hehehe.

Something that would help with sleep apnea would be most welcome if the side effects weren't worse. d:^)
