Can'b be taking unemployment benefits while you are a student at the university. Hope is not majoring in business ethics.
Yo! Free money!
Do it yo’self reparations!
I thought black criminals were supposed to appear with clergy?
There’s a “We gotta show this guy” element in the punishment. Teenagers still are naive to the rules. USC has to go thru with the punishment to show the others and the university is going to find out how it is to be a cop these days.
Better yet, they become ministers.
Why not? Is that a university policy or some kind of law? Did he have a job, and did he lose it due to Covid shutdowns?
Munir along with his mother Shan have both stated he has done nothing illegal to warrant a suspension, the news release read. Student athletes like Munir McClain are struggling to make ends meet during this global pandemic and are being unfairly punished by USC officials for receiving funds from the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance Program which Munir applied for and was able to receive because he qualified for it.
Its so not illegal that feds are investigating him...
ALTHOUGH - suspending him while the investigation is ongoing (It sounds like hes not been charged, let alone convicted) seems unfair to me. Especially if hes still attending the college (and the state is helping pay his way - which means the college is culpable in assisting a criminal justice so they can get their money!
C’mon man, be reasonable. How he gonna get his money to have clothes to go to school?
Could be b o's grandson.
News conference, I’m sure this is going to go well.
How he gonna get his money to have clothes to go to school?
The U is probably just doing something because they have to. The leftist idiots are busy teaching kids that the best thing they can do with themselves is to become a ward of the state. They probably told him on the sly that he done good. I’m sure he’ll get no-show probation and no-show community service, every college town has a judicial system where ballplayer felonies magically become misdemeanors.
Yep, I’m sure it’s the kind of school that gives them new $200 shoes every week. 10 pairs in the closet and a few grand a quarter selling the rest on Ebay.
“Can’b be taking unemployment benefits while you are a student at the university.”
Are you a student if you don’t attend classes? Asking for a friend.
If your cool with a university football player getting $800 a week unemployment benefits fine. Us working tax paying folks aren’t
