Per capita Guam is number 1. Good to see it finally first in something.
Per Capita USA is number 9 with deaths. If we got real numbers from China, India, N Korea, Venezuela we would likely be somewhere around 12 or lower.

Covids are not particular heavy but if there is an outbreak located more towards one side of the island and fewer cases on the other side there could be mass drownings if the island capsizes.
If that happened, then everyone on Guam (well, under Guam at that point) would be a Covid death. Guam would definitely be in first place then for probably a long time.
Then, actually, probably the person to get their first would collect whatever the cash prize is ... being the only inhabitant at that moment.
Rep Hank Johnson will be happy that it is not tipping over due to overpopulation.
