How does that fly with the claims by the Democrats and Media that there is no Voter Fraud? Claims of voter fraud are all a Republican invention to suppress voting.
I think he misspoke. To claim that they have a wonderful organization to prevent voter fraud, finally admits that voter fraud exists -- and implicitly agrees with the Conservative position that it is critical to control our votes: ensure only legal citizens can vote (and vote once). The Democrats never have supported, nor do they now support, this position.

The problem with democrats speaking is we must always “guess” what they mean or have someone “interpret “ what they mean.

Well, in this case, the video is cut off, so we don't know what he's talking about, and it sounds like he's telling the truth about Democrat election fraud, which, no doubt, he is not. That's what made it funny.
