Not the first time we’ve read about crimes committed in NJ by riffraff from PA. Can’t they commit crimes in their own state? Or do they just like to get out of town occasionally?

This happened in Richmond VA while my daughter was an ER nurse. Some kids got shot by stray bullets fired by some punks arguing. She cared for the 8 year old girl, who survived. Her brother died.
Gather and do what? Form a posse and go after the killers?
Exactly what proof does this putz have that this is happening? Demonize the cops if they do their job, blame the cops when despicable people commit crimes that cause innocent deaths. How about the moron demand the criminals stop being criminals.............oh yeah, never happen and not as good as a sound bite putting the blame on the cops. I am amazed that cops haven’t already started taking retirement or medical disability in Trenton with a police director like Sheila having their backs.
