He dont need no stinking license.
A man pulled over for allegedly speeding was discovered to have a whopping eight separate lifetime driving bans, reported Canadian news website the Orangeville Banner.
When cops ran a drivers license check on Toronto resident Timothy Fraser after halting him Oct. 21, they discovered the steering scofflaws checkered past.
Ive never seen that many. This is the first time Ive seen someone with eight, Dufferin Ontario Provincial Police Constable Shannon Gordanier told the Banner. The risk of driving and putting other people in harms way is definitely not worth it. There is a reason there had been that many prohibitions and therefore, it needs to be taken seriously.
Fraser who was driving in the small town of Mono, Ontario was slapped with a slew of charges, including operating a vehicle without insurance, use of plate not authorized for vehicle, speeding and prohibited driving under suspension.
According to Section 53(1) of Canadas Highway Traffic Act, driving with a suspended license carries a minimum $760 fine to as high as $3,800.
Driving with a disqualified license, however, is a criminal offense, according to Section 259(4) of the Criminal Code.
Fraser was released back into the public until his next court date, which is set for December, according to the Banner.

This time he's really in trouble; the next ban will extend into the afterlife.
For cry’in out loud! Lock em up!
Nine bans, kind of like a cat.
So much for words printed on paper - guess they’ll send him a card asking him to please obey the ban; and oh, here’s a gift card to Starbucks.
After eight, it’s like some notorious honor. He can say he’s the Lifetime Driving Ban Champion of Canada.
they released him
100% bet hes driving again
I’m not generally a fan of jail for low level offenses. But this is just nuts. Lock him up.
He needs to apply for a parking permit at the court house, see what they say to that.
Up it to never ever! Or at least double secret probation.
Which he will drive to, no doubt.
“Lock em up”
And THAT is the only way to keep ‘em off the road. Multiple dui offenders drive all the time. Revoking a license don’t do squat.....restraining orders don’t work either for that matter.
“Which he will drive to, no doubt”
Right after he leaves the bar.
“This time he’s really in trouble;”
LMAO!! Made my day!
LOL :)
On the road again.
Just can't wait to get on the road again ...
The idiots at the courthouse probably watched him drive off after they released him!!!!!
9the grade classroom and teacher asks Reggie(Football team star) "What is 30 time 6?" He replies 100?. "No, sorry"--then class yells "Give Reggie another chance!" and the teacher says, "Okay, what is 12 plus 22?" He replies, "88?" Teacher again says, "No" and class tells "Give Reggie another chance!" Teacher says, "This is the last chance. What is 9 plus 3?" Reggie says "12?" and the class yells "Give Reggie another chance!"
Probably helped jump start his car.
