I’m suspicious of guys who shave their heads entirely (although set off with a beard is kinda cool in a biker sort of way). And to paraphrase the Blues Brothers, I hate Arizona Nazis. But add in Democrat? Slam that pedal, Elwood!
The jaw line and distinctive tip of the chin looks dead-on the same. The ears with the lack of a lobe are a good match. The size and shape of the nose, and the downturned mouth are similar. The receding hairline suggests balding will occur. Hard to say it is definitely Kelly going by one photo, but I do see a strong resemblance among several key features.
