HUNTER, who claims to be a member of the Boogaloo Bois, traveled in interstate commerce from Texas to Minneapolis, Minnesota, with the intent to participate in a riot.

Pretty sure he wasn't the only one that did this as many of the Pantifa and BLM nitwits in these riots were from other states. This just looks like more strained efforts by the DOJ/FBI to backup their claim that white supremacists are America's biggest threat.
