Fond memories of the past.
Circa 1960 I would ride my bicycle down to the local store. I would buy a box of 20 gauge 7-1/2 shot shells for hunting birds. I was 13 years old. Back then this was just perfectly normal. I hunted out on the farm.
The farm was a paradise for a young kid. Most of the workers were Mexicans and their children were my playmates as long as I can remember.
We had seasonal workers without their families. They came and worked and then went back to Mexico until the next harvest season. We also had the Mexican essential workers that were mostly USA citizens. They were essential to the farm. They really ran the farm.
My grandfather was the boss (El Jefe) of the farm. His number one boss was Jose Lopez. All business on the farm was done in Spanish. Jose’s wife “Candilatia” was like a grandmother to me. She would correct me if I did wrong. I loved that lady. It was most great. She spoke no English. Due to being on the farm I spoke Spanish.
I was most lucky to grow up in that environment.
I forgot to add this about the farm. When my grandfather retired another man was hired and he was a disaster. Jose Lopez then became El Jefe. The owner of the farm was a white man but also raised on the border and spoke perfect Spanish. His decisions were not based on race. He was just a good businessman.
The vast majority of privately owned guns in the United States are unregistered and untraceable.
Reread my post. I said it is a National gun OWNERS registery.
If you have the OWNERS, they posses what the want..
To know WHO to go after.
IT IS THE OWNERS THEY WANT.
There are many overlapping data bases to mine for gun owners.
Buy ammo with a credit card? Post on hunting forums? Subscribe to a gun magazine or visit gun or self defense oriented sites on the Internet?
All tracked and in the data base.
We have a local hardware store (Boyer’s in Slatington PA) which is a 150 yeard ld hardware store which sells guns. Very cool place to visit if you are ever in the area.
If a person buys a gun with a background check, what is to stop them from selling it to someone else?
Or tell the govt they did?
... what kind of bridge?
Listen here fat, you’re not going to be able to drive a forklift full of spaghetti sauce with that kind of attitude. Hold on, Hunter’s here with my 4 o’clock appointment.
At this rate America’s going to be destroyed by flooding from all the guns that have been falling into lakes.
