Wouldn’t it make more sense if they subpoenaed an actual person rather than a shop?
What are they going to do if the shop doesn’t show up? Send a moving company down to ship it into a jailcell?
Never mind. Read further down and saw that it is a “duces tecum” type thing.
I guess it is the corporate entity that had possession of the property, so that’s who needs to be served, but if they need to haul somebody in it would be the resident agent or some such.
