I agree with him that McDonald's Big Mac is too little, meatwise, and could double up on how much meat.

However, what he made has too much meat, imo. So, a compromise would be between the two for me.

Kent has some mighty D-licious recipes.

Recently found another site for scrumptious eats.
One might go so far as to call this a Big Mac
(after all, it is stuffed with MACaroni and cheese).

I always liked the big Mac but found it lacking in one way. It has no ketchup on it. I always just pop the top bun off and add a packet or two. That bun/meat interface has nothing on it so super easy.
