Shokin didn’t get finally adiosed until 03/29/2016.
And Shokin testified under oath that his last day as the prosecutor was something like 04/03/2016.
Poroshenko was meeting with Biden in D.C. at that time the week of 03/29/2016.
Biden announced on 03/31/2016 the 3rd one billion dollar loan guarantee.
