I prefer the squeeze bottles.
but I also like the canned saline spray for convenience.
My daughter prefers the spray. It took me a while to get using the Neti Pot down but now I love it. I have a lot of allergies but no anatomical sinus issues like my daughter has that makes the saline spray easier for her.
