I guess Ronnie Van Zant was a little guy but he was a troublemaker and used to start fights just for the sake of fighting but that night a girl asked him to dance and he ended up running for his life when her boyfriend threatened to shoot him.

I love that Ed King from the classic hippie band Strawberry Alarm Clock was in Skynyrd. Always struck me as funny.
