There is a phone app (available in most states) that our local police chief requested we use instead of 911, it works faster for them to respond.
It is called SEE SOMETHING SEND SOMETHING
Hubby & I were sitting in a parking lot grabbing a cheeseburger for lunch and a black man walking thru the lot was being followed from a distance by 3 black youths, all of a sudden they pulled their tee shirts over their heads and started after him, hubby said that man is going down. I hit see/send and the police came from all directions within 1 minute. It works.
Didn’t stay for results.
