He is the guy who was in Obama's supposed class and major at Columbia. He has stated that never saw Obama at Columbia. He says he knows most of the members of that Political Science class and most of them know him. He has said that none of them remember Obama either.
Snopes tries valiantly to contradict this, but fails SFAIAC. There wouldn't be just one or two people who were actually in this class who said they remember him. There would be many, even if they had nothing to do with him. Quoting someone Obama just lived with in NYC is just an obvious sign of desperation
