Playing on ice and sweating like a pig. If you havent played the game it doesnt make sense. Hydration is key and water in Zion Park is around. Lots in this story is odd from what weve seen. Im an elk hunter in Idaho, Ive been to that area. If youre lost, I think you meant to be. Search and rescue down theres a lot easier than in the mountains around here. IMHO
Fluid management for them is a serious business.
I did an ironman a while ago. After the swim and bike phase, I was down 10 pounds.
