Hey more, I recently saw an article on espn that NHL goalies lose 10 pounds (fluids obviously) every game.

Fluid management for them is a serious business.

I did an ironman a while ago. After the swim and bike phase, I was down 10 pounds.

Heh, I had no idea they lose that much...I thought that was a lot, but...it is different too when you only weigh 175 lbs vs 195!
