You would be amazed by how many folks can look at those drives, all with immunity. As a part of doing their jobs, let me just show you how many would see them after they’ve been submitted to the prosecutor:
1. front desk personnel
2. legal assistant
3. victim’s advocate
4. assistant prosecutors (all of them! this kind of file would be seen by anyone in that office! well, hopefully not the cleaning lady)
5. Prosecutor
6. Any law enforcement folks who were not in on the original bust.
7. Then back to the legal assistant
8. Back to law enforcement with or without charging documents.
All those people...in just one office. Now think about how many in law enforcement....Child Protective Services...State Police (this would be their bust).
Even if copies of the file were found on their computers, they’ve covered. When I left my last position, I was amazed at how many files were on my personal computer (working at home, typing warrants, investigations (LOL! Face Book stalking!) and how many CDs and DVDs I had...to burn.
While that is entirely possible there is no specific immunity conveyed. That is why I am asking. HRC;s video can never be shown. Only a Judge can view these tapes IN CAMERA. I wonder if National Security has a right to inspect the hard drives.
Thank you for that information.
Prayers up for the Good Guys who have to look at that stuff.
