I would like to run something by you. Rudy has the hard drives. They have photos and/or vids.Rudy can not show them to anyone. If he does it is Distribution of child porn. If no one ever sees them then they will never be witnessed.

Did rudy box himself into a corner? If those photos come out, they go directly to Rudy. He knows they can never be shown to anyone, not even a Judge unless special approval is given. He can’t send anything regarding this on a computer or by mail. It must be Sealed and Hand delivered. where is the FBI on this? DOJ?

Rudy needs to get the emails out into the public domain. ASAP

You would be amazed by how many folks can look at those drives, all with immunity. As a part of doing their jobs, let me just show you how many would see them after they’ve been submitted to the prosecutor:

1. front desk personnel
2. legal assistant
3. victim’s advocate
4. assistant prosecutors (all of them! this kind of file would be seen by anyone in that office! well, hopefully not the cleaning lady)
5. Prosecutor
6. Any law enforcement folks who were not in on the original bust.
7. Then back to the legal assistant
8. Back to law enforcement with or without charging documents.

All those people...in just one office. Now think about how many in law enforcement....Child Protective Services...State Police (this would be their bust).

Even if copies of the file were found on their computers, they’ve covered. When I left my last position, I was amazed at how many files were on my personal computer (working at home, typing warrants, investigations (LOL! Face Book stalking!) and how many CDs and DVDs I had...to burn.

Would Rudy still maintain some security clearance as Trumps Personal Lawyer, and would that also cover him since he was the former top lawyer and Mayor of NYC.

As a licensed Attorney of law wouldn't that also make him a "Ward" of the court which gives him certain privileges and responsibilities according to the codes of conduct set forth which, if broken, could cause him to be sanctioned or worse to lose his license to practice?

Could these circumstances protect him from prosecution?
