One aspect of feminism over the years is to give girls names that are utterly unfeminine.
Dakota, McKenzie, Taylor - just a few that come to mind. Last names, or very masculine names.
Baby girls used to be named often flower or gem names. Rose, Lily, Jasmine, Daisy (usually a nickname of Margaret), or Opal, Emerald, Ruby. Nice names. Or women from the Bible, plenty of names, or qualities like Faith, Patience, Hope.
Certainly looks like that. But must have been part of the plan. Q would have known his derp status.

Wray-my gut instinct has told me from day one he is a derp! I hope I’m wrong, but have yet to see any indications to the contrary other than “Trust Wray” which is just as likely as not to be disinfo.

Not just posh. It was the norm in early America. Mother’s surname name becomes the middle name. Then, in the next generation, middle name moves into first name position. So you end up with people like Livingston Livingston. My middle name is Lansing, a Dutch NY surname. I could trace my father’s PA roots because his middle name was his mother’s surname and his first name was his grandmother’s surname, so the practice continued.
