Best way is to email it to yourself and then put it on a photo hosting site out on the Internet and then grab the URL and stick it in a Free Republic thread of your choice.

if you get hosting somewhere- (500px.com is a good place to upload photos- it’s free but limited to 10 per week which kinda stinks though)- open the photo page, right clock ‘copy image, then go to https://html-online.com/editor/ paste into the left hand column, then copy the code on right hand side- and paste the code into your FR post- easy peasy
