The thing that no one is looking at is why the grand jury subpoena to seize the laptop? If the shop owner called the FBI because of the contents, the FBI could have secured a search warrant to secure the laptop.
Usually, Federal Grand Juries are empaneled to assist an USDA with the development of a specific case. Much like in the Durham probe, everyone is all upset because he supposedly hasn’t empaneled a grand jury.
Here, there is one already active which tells me there is an active investigation going on about something wether it’s child pornography or a financial crime.
There is more to this that hasn’t been exposed yet.
