B.S. They aren’t sorry. They’re not happy they’re feeling the heat. They have only promised “clarity” and have not said what they did is wrong.
Jack knows he is living on borrowed time. He knows his exemption under 203 is going to be eliminated. Thanks to Trumps appointments to the Federal bench and the Supreme. Court, he has no liberal judges to protect him now.
His and other media platforms are going to be reclassified as publishers and subject to libel litigation.
