If you are not licensed in FL and work in a security fraud capacity with a weapon In your possession you can be charged with a third degree felony.

i believe open carry is illegal in denver..was he open or concealed carrying?

This will be an interesting compare and contrast to Rittenhouse. In the Rittenhouse case, measuring from the shootings to this many days/hours after the shooting, he had already been charged, correct?

(CBS4)– The Elbert County Sheriff on Monday moved to cancel the concealed carry weapons permit of Matthew Dolloff, who is being held in the weekend shooting death in Denver of a ‘Patriot’ protester. Dolloff remains in custody for investigation of first-degree murder in the death of Lee Keltner.
“I have suspended it until the outcome of his criminal case and he will not be able to carry a concealed weapon in the State of Colorado,” said Elbert County Sheriff Tim Norton.
He told CBS4 Dolloff received the permit from Elbert County in June of 2018.
“He did the CBI background check, paid his fees, everything came back clear and he was issued a CCW permit,” said Norton.

Pinkerton claims Dolloff is not one of their employees, yet 9News claims they hired him through Pinkerton. I am not sure how this works. Does Pinkerton contract out to other companies, or is 9News lying?

The instigator of this was wearing a Black Guns Matter shirt.
He was portraying himself as someone that he was not.
That means he was trying to trick the Patriot people to get close to them.
To have one of them killed.
Planned murder.
Time for DOJ to move in and press charges. Also the black guy that instigated the entire episode, then ran away on camera celebrating his murder.
Dox them both, and hope they end up where they belong.
