Here’s my understanding:

“Fight on battlefields not of your choosing” = it is what it is, no contradiction to any previous Q messages.

“Allowing tyranny to reign over liberty” = is similar to what many Q messages have said - like “sheep no more”, take back our country, be more active and vocal.

“Ensure your vote counts” = GET OUT AND VOTE, simply. And Trump has mentioned making sure it counts by making sure someone didn’t “previously” vote using your name and stuff li’dat.
