Police identified a 30-year-old man as the suspect in a fatal shooting during dueling protests Saturday in downtown Denver.
Matthew Robert Dolloff remained in jail Sunday without bond on suspicion of first-degree murder in the shooting, jail records show. Dolloff was working as a private security guard for Denver television station 9News when the shooting occurred, the television station has said.
Pinkerton, the security company 9News said it contracted with for the protest, did not immediately reply to questions from The Post sent Sunday morning.
While Pinkerton had an active license to employ security guards in Denver, officials have no record that Dolloff had the required city license to work as a private security guard, said Eric Escudero, spokesman for the Denver Department of Excise and Licenses.
We do not currently have an active license and have never had an active license for anybody with that name, he said. If he was operating as a security guard, he was in violation of the law.

See this?
The “security guard” doesn’t have a license with Pinkerton.
My, my, my. And he shoots a man dead in daylight with dozens of witnesses including videos.
I don’t know what to make of this.
1. A news guy?
2. A producer?
3. A security guard/shooter?
Also, can you link to the article which documents that they crossed the police line to confront the victim and others?
Suspect my a$$! He’s caught on high def video and photos!
So it was Kyle Clark that was the producer that was there??
We will see how this plays out but the lawyers are going after the deep pocket all the way up and down the line.
Its a good educated guess thats where this is headed.
Remember, Antifa-boy, and honorary Antifa member, reporter, Kyle Clark ended up together at a Patriot rally! How does that happen?
This gang, though, isnt going to be interested in getting to the Truth, Im afraid.

I think you’re right on all points, and the scramble to duck the blame is on.
If this becomes a trend, the country will be a bloodbath.
Gotta finish this.
“Pinkerton, the security company 9News said it contracted with for the protest”
Why would the media station say this if it were not true. It does not lessen their liability in any way.
Why would you assume that what they clearly stated may not be true. This kinda stinks of bias on your part.
CNN and MSNBC not covering this killing. Interesting. They ARE the enemy.
Kyle Clark (channel 9) is a Reporter, and Antifa-wannabe. He defends them and mocks people that think theyre violent.
The hired guard, per Kyle Clark himself, was a hired guard.
Clarks producer didnt want Antifa-boy shooter arrested and was briefly taken into custody.
The Producer is not Kyle Clark.
Kyle Clark was right next to his boy, who has multiple lawyers advising him already.
The security guard doesnt have a license with Pinkerton.
= = = =
That’s why I kept asking about a Pinkerton confirmation, on last night’s BREAKING thread.
Something about this punk, just wasn’t adding up, to me, for him to be a legit Pinkerton security personnel.
Also....this helps explain the punk’s ‘being held without bail’.
When I saw that, I knew there had to be *more* to his story. No telling what all/else will turn up.
That guy in black shirt was provoking people, egging, and baiting Patriot marchers.
He wasnt shot, wasnt hurt. However, initially, it was believed he was part of the lure/ setup.
If you are in News, the Holy Grail is creating your own news and youre right there as Johnny on-the-spot.
Like Reality TV has producers that script manufacturered conflicts for ratings.
My FRiend, there are still things not yet completely clear to me. For the record, if it is proved that Pinkerton authorized him to be a security guard for the News Company, I hope they get prosecuted for felony malfeasance, and sued into bankruptcy.
It’s really unbelievable. And I just read he was killed in front of his SON.
Ok, now I get it.. I should have read a little deeper into the comments..
