Agreed, possibly when there are trials? And maybe when there charges are made public 0bola will be charged (among his other crimes) of being president while ineligble (not even a US citizen at all) and thus pardons null and void?
That will be a SCOTUS question.
SCOTUS will never agree to overturn the voice of the people in an election.
